Personalised items will NOT be accepted - unless faulty/damaged on delivery.
You have 24 hours from delivery to report any damages to mugs/glasses/cups in transit. After this time has passed, damage claims will not be accepted. Please open and inspect your orders for any damage/faults asap.
Most orders are processed, made and dispatched very quickly, this means add ons, cancellations, changes to your order are usually not accepted. Please do get in contact as soon as you can if there is anything you need to discuss about your order.
